How to sign up
After downloading the app you will see the sign up screen after the app launches
The first screen will be terms and conditions, once you agree press the “Next” button
Enter the phone number the app is being installed on
Enter your name & e-mail address
Fill out your personal profile form
Add your drivers license and vehicle details
Add any additional information that may be useful to authorities in case of an emergency
Enter your safe word, this is used to within the app and also used to verify with the central station
***Note: Your drives license number allows the authorities when there is an emergency to view you current information and image which will be used to locate you.
Once active you can now try the app. Our central station will call and verify information with you
Add emergency contacts
Once your profile is complete press “Complete Registration”
The app will tell you it is being activated
After you have tested the app for the first time the system will begin a 7 day trail period
If you do not subscribe before the end of the trial period the app will go inactive and show the following screen
Sign up any time for a full subscription by going to the main menu and selecting “subscription” to complete the process.
